7. Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

This treat is high in protein, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Ingredients 2 cups Oats 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon ½ teaspoon nutmeg 2 cups milk 1 cup banana 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 teaspoons unsalted butter ½ cup walnuts Baking Instructions Warm up your oven to 329F. Mix your oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (milk, banana, egg and vanilla and butter). Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients slowly. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes.
