3. Whole Wheat Oatmeal Banana Bread

Oats are very healthy. You can swap it out for white flour. It is very rich in fiber which is beneficial for anyone trying to lose weight. Ingredients 1 heap of Banana 1 egg ¾ cup of vanilla almond milk 1 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup honey 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder ¾ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour Baking Instructions Heat the oven to 329F. Mix mashed banana, honey, egg, almond milk and vanilla together. In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oats, and cinnamon. Add the first bowl to the second and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into pan and bake for 70 minutes.
