4. Healthy Banana Bread

This Banana bread's sweetness comes from the honey in the ingredients. Honey is good for the body; it is particularly used to remedy flu. It will not raise your blood sugar levels, and it is tasty! Ingredients ½ cup of melted coconut / extra virgin olive oil/ high-quality vegetable oil ½ cup honey or maple syrup 2 eggs 1 cup mashed ripe bananas ¼ cup milk 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 ¾ cup white whole wheat flour Baking Instructions Warm up an oven to 329F. Mix oil, honey, bananas, eggs, and milk. Combine with a mixture of baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Lastly, add the flour and mix. Place batter in a pan and bake for 60 minutes.
