This superfood has all the good stuff going for it. It's full of good fats and vitamins that give your whole body a boost, including your hair. Avocadoes' vitamin E increases oxygen uptake and improves circulation to the scalp, which we know will increase healthy hair growth. They're also packed with potassium, omega-9, B-vitamins, and folic acid. For hair benefits, eat a medium avocado two to four times a week.
