This large variation of seaweed is more than just ocean goo. It's packed with all sorts of vitamins and minerals that provide health benefits for your whole body. One of those benefits is healthy hair. Loaded with iron and amino acid-lysine, kelp helps to promote good hair growth. It also contains zinc, vitamins B2 and B5, folate, and magnesium.
