Pumpkin seeds contain a staggering amount of tryptophan, an amino acid often associated with the "turkey coma" in each drop of oil. This tryptophan converts to serotonin, which then becomes the sleep aid melatonin. A capsule or a few drops ahead of bedtime could go a long way to giving you a great night's sleep.
