This fruit is incorporated in all types of healthy food alternatives from coconut oil to coconut milk and water. However, the newest way to use coconuts is to baking flour. Not only is it high in protein and fiber compared to traditional white flour, but it is gluten-free, too. Coconut sugar is another food trend; even though you should steer clear of sugar in general, it is better than using artificial sweeteners. Nevertheless, coconuts are everyone from bathroom scents to baking products and will be around for a while.
