18. Figs

Figs do not have the vitamin levels that some other fruits offer, beyond a small amount of vitamin K and B6. However, these naturally sweet snacks fit into a range of foods, like jellies, jams, desserts, and even some savory dishes, making them easy to slot into any diet. Beyond that, a small, 40-gram fig contains 7 mg of magnesium and only 30 calories.

It also includes some potassium, manganese, and thiamin.
