8. Crock Pot Casserole

Come home to this chicken casserole recipe that slowly cooks all day and is ready to eat in 6 hours. Combine:

  • Three boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • Two cans cream of chicken soup, 10 3/4 ounces each
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • salt and pepper

Place ingredients in a bowl, mix and pour into a 6-quart crock pot.
