Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Use a skillet with high sides, and fill it a third of the way full with water. Add 1 bottle of dry white wine to the skillet with the lemon halves. Bring the skillet ingredients to a low simmer, then add the salmon. Cook the salmon for 5 to 7 minutes until it feels firm. Garnish the cooked salmon with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
