Combine 1-pound of prepped asparagus with 1-tbsp of garlic oil, 1-tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1-tsp of honey, and 1-tsp dijon mustard in a large bowl. Place the asparagus spears on a parchment-covered baking pan, and drizzle the remaining dressing over them. Roast for 10 minutes, then toss the hot spears in 2-tbsp of Parmesan cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
