These veggie wings are crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and covered with zesty buffalo sauce.

There are countless recipes out there, and you can choose to either bake or fry these depending on your diet. To prepare this dish, combine flour, water, and spices to make a batter. Dip raw cauliflower pieces in the batter and either bake or fry until crispy. Coat the cooked wings in your favorite hot sauce and dig in! These wings are perfect when served with blue cheese dressing and celery on the side.
