35. Silky Skin Smoothie

This one’s for your complexion. Carrots and apricots bring beta-carotene, while yogurt adds creaminess and a probiotic punch.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 ripe apricot, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice

Steps

  1. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with a dash of cinnamon or a few chopped nuts if you’re feeling fancy.
