11. Strawberry Kiwi Refresher

A zingy pick-me-up that’s got just the right amount of tartness. Kiwi brightens things up and balances out the natural sweetness of strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • ½ banana
  • ¾ cup water or coconut water

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and juicy.
  3. Serve chilled, preferably with a straw and sunshine.
