9. Nutritional Benefits of Nightshade Vegetables

Like most vegetables and fruits, nightshades are bursting with nutrients. Peppers, such as bell peppers and chili peppers, are low in calories and contain fiber, B vitamins, vitamin C, and vitamin K.
