Similar to turmeric, ginger has strong anti-inflammatory properties that make is useful as a supplement for pain management. Ginger is quite strong and spicy on its own but makes a great addition to honey and lemon tea, and you can also try adding ginger to soups, stews, and sauces for some extra spiciness.
