20. Hemp Seeds

Despite its connection to the cannabis plant, hemp is a non-psychoactive fibrous that has been growing in popularity as a health food in recent years. Hemp seeds are a valuable source of nutrients like fiber, essential fatty acids, and magnesium that contribute to muscle function and bone health, among other purposes.

Just three tablespoons of hemp seeds deliver 210 mg of magnesium, 1.2 grams of fiber, and 260 mg of potassium. Different hemp products will have varying nutrient profiles, but almost all are ideal sources of magnesium.
