2. Exercise

We all know that exercise does a body good. This is especially true if you have lupus. Light to moderate exercise has been shown to decrease lupus symptoms dramatically. You should speak with your doctor before beginning any kind of exercise regime to ensure there are no complications. Most people will feel better with regular light exercise such as walking each day.
