10. Drowsiness

Similar to headaches, nausea, and vomiting, drowsiness is another broad symptom. Nevertheless, feeling overly tired is a sign of cancer. If you do not get a full eight hours of sleep at night for whatever reason, it is natural to feel a little restless the next morning. However, unless you were up tossing and turning then you should not need a long nap every single afternoon.
