There are many different types of cancer and it can start in any part of the body. Cancer is when cells start to grow and mutate, therefore, crowding the body and pushing out the normal healthy cells. Cancer can also spread from one part of the body to another, and its severity is referred to in as stages 1 to 4. Its hard to pin down specific cancer only symptoms as it goes hand in hand with many ailments such as weight loss, night sweats, a cough, problems going to the toilet, aches and pains and sores that won’t heal. However, if you find a lump under the skin in any area of your body, a doctor should check you immediately. Chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery are the most common forms of cancer treatment. The type of treatment you will need depends on the type of cancer it is, as it will respond differently if it is in the form of a tumor, or in the blood or bones.
