9. Insomnia

Having a lot in your mind will cause your brain to go into overdrive. That alone increases your chances of damaging your sleep patterns. If you think about how much you have to do tomorrow, your brain won't be able to slip into sleep. Because of this, you will be even more tired and have more and more difficulties the next day. Talk to your HR department or your boss about the workload and the hours you have to work. If possible, don't think about anything work related when you get home. Go for a jog with your wife and try to enjoy your time.
