Parkinson's disease (PD) is another nervous system disorder and affects at least 500,000 individuals in the United States alone. While there's no known cause for PD as of yet, scientists suspect a mixture of genetics and environmental factors. Parkinson's disease begins with relatively minor spasms and slower movement.
