24. The Racing Champ
After Jon left the show, producers knew they needed to fill some big shoes. They turned to Tom Reilly. While good looking, Reilly was much more than a handsome guy. He was actually a motorcycle Speedway champion. Footage from his 1982 racing competition actually appears on CHiPs. He helped inspire motorcycle fever among the show's fans.
