7. The Baby Blues
In February 2018, Kate and Meghan attended the First Annual Royal Foundation Forum in London. The theme was 'Making a Difference Together'. While Meghan looks onward with zeal, Kate appears to be hopeless. To be fair, this could have something to do with the fact she was pregnant with her third child at the time and due a couple of months later.
