3. Turkey Meatballs

When making turkey meatballs, remember that the lower fat content in turkey can make meatballs drier, so it's important to use enough eggs for a binder and extra moisture and to reduce the amount of breadcrumbs in your favorite recipe by half. To make enough meatballs for a family of four, use two pounds of ground turkey, one-half cup of breadcrumbs, two eggs, and your favorite seasonings. Use an ice cream scoop to portion out 2-ounce servings. Roll the meatballs by hand and cook in a 350-degree oven until they're browned and cooked through. Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce!
