2. Using Duct Tape to Get Rid of Warts

Warts can be embarrassing and just plain annoying. Wart removal can be expensive as well: in most cases, a doctor must freeze them with liquid nitrogen. Luckily, though, there is a much simpler method of wart removal that anyone can do in their own home. Simply place a piece of duct tape over the wart and leave it alone. Over time, the duct tape will suffocate the wart, which will fall off. Studies show this duct tape method is effective 85 percent of the time, whereas liquid nitrogen only works 60 percent of the time.
