5. Windshield Wiper

This is a great lower ab workout for strengthening and toning—and of course, fat-blasting. Once you've mastered this exercise, you know you're well on your way to washboard abs. Lie on the mat face-up and stretch your legs out in front of you. As you engage your core, raise your legs up, slightly bent at the knees, to a 60-degree angle. Stretch your arms out to your sides (as if you were doing a snow angel). Inhale and slowly move your knees to the right, exhale, and return to starting position. Repeat on the left side. That's one rep. Do eight reps.
