Your abs will not be the only muscles thanking you for this exercise. You'll definitely feel this one in the glutes as well. Start off lying face-up on the mat with your feet planted firmly on the floor, knees bent, hands by your sides. As you engage your core and your glutes, lift your hips off the floor so that your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Hold for 3-5 seconds and return to starting position. Repeat ten times, take a 10-second break and then repeat another ten times.
