6. Muscle Aches

Children nfected with chicken pox will feel pain in their muscles. This is another prodromal symptom present in many viral diseases. When someone with no history of trauma complains of muscle ache, it's usually due to a viral infection. As a result of this pain, the child may feel exhausted, fatigued and unable to do any usual daily activity.
