Turmeric contains curcumin which is responsible for many of the health benefits of turmeric. Curcumin has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties which makes it a powerful ally in fighting a cellulitis infection. To use turmeric, add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to a glass of hot milk. You can also add honey to suit your taste, but it's not necessary. After the mixture has cooled, you can consume it.
