10. Enlarged spleen

This is a common symptom of intrinsic hemolytic anemia. Because it's autoimmune, it shows signs of your own body working against you. The spleen goes berserk and starts trapping. It destroys all your healthy red blood cells until there are none left. After it keeps doing this for some time, the spleen will grow in size.
