Even just committing to an hour of reading, exercising or practicing a favourite hobby each day can make a different to your overall mind-set. Since apple cider vinegar also regulates the skin’s pH balance, using this toner in the long term could prevent future breakouts. You can make an acne-fighting toner by mixing 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 2tbsp of water and chilling it in the fridge. Apply it to your skin every morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturizing.
