The symptoms of Rocky Mountain spotted fever follow a predictable pattern, which can help differentiate the disease from others sharing similar symptoms. High fever, insomnia, severe headache, loss of appetite, fatigue, and vomiting are all early symptoms of Rocky Mountain spotted fever.
