Le Village Buffet

Parlez vous francais? Don't worry, you're not required to speak French at this authentic French village you'll find -- where else? -- at Paris Las Vegas. The buffet features foods from the five provinces of France, with live-action stations where talented chefs cook your meal to order. From Provence, savor penne alla puttanesca. Rotisserie chicken with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes is inspired by the province of Burgandy. Are crepes the essential French food? Find out, with a selection of original crepes from a traditional Brittany recipe. And who will not find infinite pleasure in the celebrated vanilla bean crème brûlée? Guests can take in the scenery from each province in the various cottage rooms, and choose from a table outside in the town square or inside, near the fireplace in the casual dining room.
