2. Switch to Organic Food

Produce - including fruits, vegetables, and grains - that have been grown organically (without pesticides or other artificial additives) have been shown to increase your metabolism rate. Organic food makes your body work harder to digest their fiber-rich content, allowing you to burn more fat while you eat. Moreover, organic food doesn't load your body with toxins and pesticides. On the contrary, non-organic foods can limit our body's ability to digest foods properly. Try consuming more organic foods, and gradually replace non-organics with inorganics.
