A frequent symptom of adrenal cancer is an enlarged clitoris. While this doesn't always mean that you have adrenal cancer, it is a major factor that has to be analyzed during a medical examination. Younger girls who are going through puberty must pay especially close attention to their clitoris. If the clitoris is enlarged, it might mean that the body is producing high amounts of hormones that cause its size to grow larger than usual. To confirm if adrenal cancer is present, your doctor will conduct a medical history coupled with a physical exam. A blood test is also routinely used.
